What to include

Including a few basics in the first message helps route the request faster and reduces back-and-forth.

  • Organization name and best callback or reply address
  • The page, workflow, or feature involved
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead
  • Any screenshots, timestamps, or relevant context you can share safely
